About developers[]

Greetings Fellow Developers! Thanks for stopping by.

This site is dedicated to the developers[] project — an attempt to gather up the coding wisdom of the best and brightest in the software development community.

There’s a lot of development wisdom out there. It’s on blogs and in books, but there’s a lot of programming wisdom in the heads of all of you fine people, too.

The purpose of this project to try to get that wisdom out of your head and into the open spaces so that we all can benefit from it.

Want to participate and share your wisdom with the rest of the community?

Fill out this survey here.

Please feel free to answer as completely and expansively as you like. The more you write, the more wisdom you will impart, so don’t hold back. Answer all the questions. Answer one. Up to you.

I’ll pick the best and most helpful responses and post them here. I may even take the cream of the crop and make a book out of them.

Note that I reserve the right to copy edit your answers for grammar and clarity. I also may not include all of your answers in the post. I do promise that I’ll be completely faithful to your input and not alter your meaning.

Also note that as much as possible I will leverage my Amazon Associates links in this website. If you recommend a book, I’ll link to Amazon via my Amazon Associates link. I just thought I should mention that.

Please also feel free to share this site with your developer friends and on other developer sites.

(Thanks to Pato Moschcovich for coming up with the name “Array of Developers”)
